Hi all,

This is a FYI that the Jena website, which had been using Bootstrap 3.x,
has been upgraded to Bootstrap 5.x.

https://jena.apache.org/ (you may have to force-reload your browser tab).

Let us know if you find anything broken, or have any questions or
suggestions. I started this work because I wanted to suggest some changes
(sidebar, dynamic table-of-contents, etc), so there will be more coming in
the next few days/weeks.
