[jira] Created: (SHINDIG-578) Add HttpResponse-rewriting API to ContentRewriterRegistry

Add HttpResponse-rewriting API to ContentRewriterRegistry
---------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: SHINDIG-578
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-578
             Project: Shindig
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: Common Components (Java)
            Reporter: John Hjelmstad

Just as ContentRewriterRegistry has an API to run through all its registered ContentRewriters against a Gadget, it should have an equivalent API rewriting an HttpResponse.

This also serves as the basis for cleaning up rewritten-content caching logic (pulling out of AbstractHttpCache, among other cleanups).
