Ready to (request) release?

Hello Lenya folks,

I have uploaded new release archives to
http://cvs.apache.org/~roku/incubator/lenya/

They include changes concerning packaging of licenses/*.txt during the
build and an update of licenses under "legal".

I also updated the Lenya status file in the incubator module.

I think it is time to do the endorsement/release request now.
