Hey Sven,
we create our image for Ubuntu 22.04 with some added parameters and we got password feature working. IF you interested I can share our settings.

SSH-Key works, password not really with Ubuntu 22.04.
The only Image which works for us with Password is a Debian Cloudimage.

Can you use the password and ssh keys Cloudstack feature with that image?
