activemq-core MasterConnector

hi, all,
I am looking into the source to fix AMQ-596 because in order to use activemq
in our production environment we want to ensure master/slave are always in
synch. 

Can someone tell me what the Transport localBroker is for in
MasterConnector? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
