latest connector for IIS with Tomcat 4.1.12

Hi,

Do you know where I can download the latest connector for IIS (5.0) with Tomcat 4.1.12?

Also, we're experiencing a problem that hang Tomcat when the current connection reached around 256 connections. Should we upgrade to Tomcat 4.1.17?
