Install HDP 2.2 with Ambari 2.0.2 (cluster has no ranger)
Upgrade Ambari to 2.2.1.0-157
Add Ranger as a service
Perform EU to HDP 2.4
Post EU , observing that DB configs are incorrect
JDBC connect string for root user 
has jdbc:mysql://localhost
Simply use test Test Connection and it will fail
