[VOTE][.NET] Release Apache Arrow .NET 22.0.1 RC0
Hi,
I would like to propose the following release candidate (RC0) of
Apache Arrow .NET version 22.0.1.
This release candidate is based on commit:
12d320346bd7e6109d9762597792e62fd4fac595 [1]
The source release rc0 is hosted at [2].
Please download, verify checksums and signatures, run the unit tests,
and vote on the release. See [3] for how to validate a release candidate.
The vote will be open for at least 72 hours.

- .Net 8.0.118
- Python 3.12.3

Verified on macOS 15.6.1 (aarch64). Python 3.13.7, dotnet-sdk 8.0.414.
I had to work around what appears to be a bug in Python.NET [1] which
affects macOS and Windows. The fix is to manually copy pyarrow to your
global site-packages folder after installing it into a virtualenv.
