Zookeeper connection refused error

Hi all,

I tried to create a collection with 3 shards and it got created. Verified the same in SOLR Dashboard.

But while creating the collection I'm seeing a "Connection Refused" when connecting to Zookeeper.

Following is the expectation trace. Can somebody spot the mistake that is happening with my settings?

[something@something solr-5.3.1]$ bin/solr create_collection -c T3Collection1 -n T3Collection1_Config -d /opt/solr-5.3.1/example/example-DIH/solr/db -shards 3 -p 8993
