Required Customer Fields

Hi,

I have a question on creating a new customer. If I just click on the save
button it comes up with 1 error, namely that I need to enter a valid user,
then I fill in the username and click on save, then the other error messages
appear for the required fields. Why was it done this way, surely there has
to be a reason?

Please let me know.

Brendan

probably some back ground that is in the videos, would help.
this pages are not created by hand but are generated from the Enities or
 entities views.
Inother words that is not a page that has all the fields laid out then
the data is attached.
The entity you find the the entitymodel.xml is what genterates the page.
Now you can say override the fields if you want and provide certian
parms that will effect how th entity is displayed.
when you click on save it calls a a service that process the data.
if you go into the webtool and look at the services you will see they
have required fields. if the data on the page, do to the parms does not
correspond to the Service then you have the errors you are getting.
