Nested Tag Iteration Patches for versions 8.5.15

Hi,

We are about to upgrade our system to 8.5.15 and just wanted to know if
this nested tag iteration patch has been applied to 8.5.14 onwards. Below
is the bugzilla link.

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=60497

I would appreciate if someone confirms.

Thanks,
MM
