Attaching first preview of TFile implementation to get feedback. In a few days we will have a Beta release .

 Mahadev Konar, Hong Tang, Nathan Wang and Amir Youssefi 

Initially we used some parts contributed by Venkata Srikanth Kakani. 

Hong will attach updated spec shortly.
