### Steps to Reproduce
1. Add a `restore` feature to the `toolbox` where textPosition is **not** `bottom`.
2. Hover to show the title
3. Notice that it's not in the position expected (from step 1)
### Current Behavior
The title position of the `restore` feature can't be moved inline with the rest of the feature's titles.

### Expected Behavior
The label/title hover position should show on hover at the set location.
Workaround: Adding `right: '20%',` (or similar positioning _optional_ property) seems to cause the title to position correctly for the `restore` button.
