Description:
We're going to need some place where we configure and setup all the interceptors within all the pipelines. Most interceptors will be hardwired as out of the box interceptors required for normal operation. Users however will be able to add their own interceptors - this can be done via property processing.
Right now user interceptor configuration is not a core concern. More important is how we get the baseline default interceptors setup. It might be best to have the top level configuration within the initial context factory handle building the interceptor chains until we find a beter mechanism.
Putting interceptor chain configuration code into the interceptor chains themselves is another idea. Like have the BeforeChain configure itself et. cetera. but this will taint them with code required to setup the subsystems which interceptors may depend upon. Again it looks as though the ctx factory is the best place for configuration.
