[Bug 54473] taskdef can't find existing resource in jar file on the first try, but on the second - JarUrlConnection.connect() fails

Thanks, I was about to suggest a new release myself.  I know the Debian
folks are waiting for it as they currently maintain a vendor branch of
1.9.3 because of one of the two javadoc bugs that have been fixed in
trunk.

I don't plan to make any immediate changes myself.

What do we want to add to Ant before building an Ant 1.9.4 ?

Personally I would like to finish the changes to be able to run the Ant test cases in parallel with the distinct temporary folder names.
