--enable-profiling flag

Any reason not to replicate apr its GCC specific '--enabling-profiling'
flag code into apr-util and httpd-2.0 ? Or is there already something
there ?

If you pass the flag in the top level configure it should be set for
apr-util and httpd by virtue of where it adds the flag.
