+ When I use new XMLParser (xerces.jar) it is complianing about old schema
+ specification hint xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema" and when I
+ change the value of this to xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" the xml
+ data file is being parsed successfully. Apparently, the xml data file is
+ inconformance with new 2001 Schema but only the parser is not recoginizing the
+ old schema hint. Any guidance is highly appreciated.
