RapidSVN 0.3.0 released

The new intermediate release of RapidSVN is out.
This release works with subversion 0.28.0.

Note:
Pick your choice of source tarball, windows installer or linux package
from the download section.

The Windows Build now supports local repositories as well as https sites!

The MD5 checksums are:
