CONNECT for HTTPS connections

Hi Friends,

Do anyone know about how the CONNECT method\command is phrased for HTTPS connections when NTLM is enabled. 

I have seen some where which looks like

CONNECT hostname:port HTTP/1.1
        \nUser-Agent: someone
        \nContent-Length: 0 
        \nPragma: no-cache
        \r\n\r\n

Is this correct or am I missing any thing else.
Is this documented any where, does MS-PROXY support CONNECT command.
