Link to howto directory from httpd-docs-2.0/manual/index.html
httpd-docs-1.3/htdocs/manual/index.html.en
contains link to howto/ssi.html and howto/cgi.html but
httpd-docs-2.0/manual/index.html
does not. Is it intentional?

I was just wondering why links are not there. I'd like to
make this change to STATUS for clarity's sake.

Semi-intentional. I haven't added the links because the tutorials still
need to be updated for feature changes in 2.0. (And I can't do that until
the filters interface stabalizes.)
If it makes your life easier, feel free to add the links.
Joshua.
