Problems with Installing Jakarta filter on a WNT/IIS4 machine.

To Whom it Concern,

I am having problems with the loading of the Jakarta Filter in IIS 4 and I
want to know where I can go to information about it.  I did everything that
was called for in Tomcat IIS HowTo on a couple machines and I was still
unable to load the isapi filter.  The error message that I recieved was "The
data is the error"   The data value is 0000006.
