Confluence export from cwiki to people.apache.org not running?

I've been trying to get some changes from Confluence to the live Tapestry
site.

Although I've changed page content and even run a manual export from the
Confluence dashboard, the files are not making it to /www/confluence-export

... so the newest files are 21 hours old.
