I need a document before I can develope anything here, where do I find it?

I am asking agian where is the document that describes the variation of the
soap standard that is used in the apache soap architecture? this is critical
for ANYONE to develope in this setting, especially relating to translating
parsers/serializers for other variations. I have post this question once
before myself and seen another ask similar questions. How could they go
unanswered in the interests of good code?
