We want to invite 20+ users in a web-conference room, for that we copy/paste url (generated by invitation feature) in a mail created with outlook, and send this mail to all our contacts.

Unfortunatly, they can connect but all with "no name", nothing appears, so we can't understand who is who.

It can be great if this particular users can enter their name before they connect in the room, via a little popup for example.
