Could just set the parm in the http request before the forward call?

In struts how can I redirect to a Jsp and also pass a query string  through
a action class on "success"

Since, we map "success" in perform method to some Jsp in our
struts-config.xml.I do not know a way to pass a query string aswell when we
do a redirect to that page.
