CWiki is ready, mostly.

Hi all,

I've moved most pages in our Maven site files to CWiki:

http://cwiki.apache.org/MINA/

Some pages are not filled in yet, but they are going to be filled soon. One
thing left is to apply a nice template. I need to play with the Confluence
autoexport plugin.

Please note that maven site files will be deleted from our source code
repository. mina.apache.org will have to have a rewrite rule to point the
cwiki pages. It's also on my to-do list.

Cheers,
Trustin
