6.x and 7.x git tags
Hi,
I don't see any git tags >6.21.0 and >7.1.0 - am I blind, is this
intended or what?

This looks like a bug in the mirroring. It seems Apache infra scripts do
not push the tags to GitHub.

|- use "git fetch --tags" to pull tags that are not reachable from the
heads|
|- Github's 'switch branches/tags' does not list any of the rel/* tags
or releases|

See the rel/7.x tags
Apache policy had us move those tags to the rel/ sub tag (those are immutable)
