Tasks:

Support "distributed" mode in AMS, this implies following changes to the collector service:

- Collectors discover each other
- Add a service to discover all collector by knowing any one
- Aggregation functions are distributed among collectors automatically with failover tolerance
- Save checkpoint data in Zookeeper
