Impress tutorial (fr) - unofficial

*users@lists.educoo.org *

Hi all,

Impress user manual (fr) – Unofficial documentation – Draft

Feel free to reuse this work and modify it to fit your needs if you think
it could be useful for the Apache documentation project.

OK. Guy gave me some text and I uploaded the tutorial. You can see
it linked from this table:

For the blog post he also sent me some text, but it would be better if
someone else, more familiar with French to work it into a blog post.
I tend to introduce inadvertent errors when copying material I don't
understand.

This seems a good plan. Thanks Guy for the contribution and if you are
willing to provide the short additional texts in French Rob needs it
would be perfect, to give more exposure to your nice work.

We could also make your other Apache-licensed documentation available in
the same occasion.

Regards,
   Andrea.

Wow!

I don't understand French very well, but it is clear that this is a
wonderful tutorial, with a lot of material. It looks very
professional.

Two questions we should ask ourselves:

1) Where should we store the document?

2) How do we make Francophone users aware of it?

For #1, maybe we can put it as a link from this page:
http://www.openoffice.org/fr/Documentation/Impress/ ???

I can upload the tutorial and modify the page, if someone gives me the
right text to put there.

For #2, a blog post might help. If someone can write a short overview
of the tutorial, in French, I can post it on the blog. It does not
need to be long. Imagine what you might put on the back of a book.
I can also add a link to it from the main
http://www.openoffice.org/fr/ homepage, if someone can give me the
French text.

Regards,

-Rob
