Restriction of JIRA notifications to 4 events

Hi,

what do you think about restricting JIRA notification mails to
commit@s.a.o to the 4 events:

- Issue Created
- Issue Commented
- Issue Resolved
- Issue Closed

Apache Marmotta (incubating) uses this schema and it is working well.
Just lowers the JIRA noise.
