Maybe  it is dangerous. I don.t think it is a good idea!

In the Storm-on-Mesos project we had a [request to have an ability to "shut down the storm cluster" via a UI button|https://github.com/mesos/storm/issues/46].   That could be accomplished via a button in the Storm UI to kill all of the topologies.

I understand if this is viewed as an undesirable feature, but I just wanted to document the request.
