     我如果只想允许用户删除数据，不能让他删除数据结构 即timesries，似乎做不到，
   赋于用户delete timesries权限后，什么结构和数据都能删除。这不合理

   delete from  root.xxx
   delete timesries root.xxx
   这二个权限最好能分开
