Interoperability: Microsoft SOAP --> Apache SOAP

Hi,
 
Where can I find examples on how to build a SOAP Web service using 
Apache SOAP Toolkit 2.1. And then accessing the service from a client 
built using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft SOAP Toolkit.
