Ok, Apache 1.3.2 is now finally released.

Ok, Apache 1.3.2 is now finally released.

The tarball is in place, the frontdoor is updated, the Announcement was sent
to apache-announce and various newsgroups, a Freshmeat entry was added, etc.

No let us bask in the glow, friends ;-)
