Billie Rinaldi resolved SLIDER-114.

    Resolution: Fixed

Now running "mvn clean package -Papache-release -DskipTests" in a clean workspace will produce apache-slider-0.31.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT-source-release.tar.gz in the target directory.
