benefit from project moved feature

Hello Sebastian,

Google's googlecode has introduced unconditional redirection feature
"project moved".

Please consider updating the project here
https://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/adminAdvanced

to link this site to openmeetings.apache.org

Thus we get less lost souls who check googlecode site, do not notice
the message on the top and believe that the project is abandoned.
