Unit tests in all components-starter modules are migrated.
A few property name changes are also included to fix broken tests.
Unit tests in core/camel-spring-boot and core/camel-spring-boot-xml are also migrated.
Unit tests in core/camel-spring-cloud* modules are not migrated since these
modules are obsolete and will be removed.
The integration tests which use Arquillian are also not included in this PR.
