Hi Calvin,
Yes, the link [1] is indeed the promotion article mentioned in the report.
The content went through the company’s internal review process to ensure
compliance with ASF requirements. We also appreciate your willingness to
help promote the project through other channels.
Thank you as well for the reminder regarding ASF’s trademark requirements
in promotional activities. We’ll make sure to keep these in mind and act
accordingly.
Thanks again for your support and guidance.
Best regards,

Thanks Yonny,
If by “promotion PR” you’re referring to [1], then I have no objections.
While it’s being published under the company’s name, overall it looks fine
to me. A bit of promotion can indeed help raise awareness of the project
itself, and if the community needs additional outreach through other
channels, I’d be happy to help. After we graduate, we’ll also gradually
start engaging with the ASF press team.
That said, I’d like to take this opportunity to remind everyone about a few
trademark requirements when it comes to promotion [2]
. In addition, please keep in mind that ASF maintains vendor neutrality,
and all contributors participate in the project as individuals rather than
as representatives of their employers. It’s important that we always act
from the community’s perspective rather than that of our company.
