Corruption - fsfsverify fixed

This fixed our issue. 

The day this occurred the person who was committing was having internet
connectivity issues so perhaps this can help recreate the issue.

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 6705 - 32 Bit -dev

apr-utils 0.9.12
berkeley db 4.4.20

We are using apache / webdav.

That said, your problem looks similar to many other fsfs issues, and
it's quite possible there's a known work around.  Please see John
