Build error in build.xml

I just updated to the latest CVS and encountered a build error.
Probably something simple but I'm too much of a novice to find it.
Here's what I'm getting:

Brett,

It looks like that our build process does not like tildes, I change 
Ramón for Ramon and everyone is happy now...

please cvs update and it should be fine now..

I fixed that on Friday... 10 minutes later than Brett's Message.

Hi Brett

I'm afraid I'm partly guilty of that one. Juan Jose has credited me on
"status.xml" and has written my name in perfect Spanish using an invalid
character ("ó") for UTF-8.

Simply replace "Ramón" by "Ramon" in "/status.xml" (or get the attached
file) and that's it.
