Extend fetch ddoc logic for view filtered changes feeds
Brings in the changes in fabric and couch that allow to use ddoc cache for view filtered changes feeds.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cloudant/couchdb 57286-extend-fetch-ddoc-to-view-filtered-changes
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
