xsl fo block tempate matching html tags

Where should I look for fo block tags that exactly match all the
corresponding html tags. Is there any thirdparty xsl commercially available?


If no how do I get the attributes from html to create my own templates.

For example if my xml is having test message

Then how should I create a template in my xsl to match the above xml font
and color attribute?
