Currently it's possible to fetch a field within the header (request or response). However it's not possible to access the whole header, as a big string.

I'm interested in the whole header, because I want not only the well known fields, but all of them (in particular I'd like to know if clients send unknown fields).

For reference, Squid has these options as ">h" and "<h" log config options.
