The LoginAdminAllowList component fails to correctly process the legacy configuration property whitelist.bundles.regexp when it is the only legacy property present. This is due to a typo in the ConfigurationState constructor where it incorrectly checks for the presence of whitelist.bypass instead of the bundles regexp property itself
