since the setting AIRFLOW__SCHEDULER__PARSING_PROCESSES is used by the STANDALONE_DAG_PROCESSOR and not only by the SCHEDULER component of airflow
we could rename it
AIRFLOW__PARSING__PARSING_PROCESSES
