HBase still try to start a zookeeper instance even with HBASE_MANAGES_ZK set to false in standalone mode.

 My Hbase version is 1.0 running on mac, it seems a bug .

Yep, I think I figured the same. But I think it does'nt start it at the end
even if it tries, right?
