Hey [~mjsax], are you planning to knock this out for 3.0? And can we really piggyback this change on [KIP-464|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-464%3A+Defaults+for+AdminClient%23createTopic]? Kind of seems like it might merit a quick KIP of its own
