**TITLE**
[Bug] Graph nodes fail to highlight properly
**BODY**
### Version
5.3.3
### Link to Minimal Reproduction
_No response_
### Steps to Reproduce
The bug repro demo address is as follows, and a VPN may be required
https://codesandbox.io/s/43dpps?file=/index.html
### Current Behavior
When the amount of data in the graph is particularly large, after several round-trips, the node will become transparent
The demo provided by the official website has the same problem after increasing the amount of data and the relationship between nodes

### Expected Behavior
Hopefully, hover will highlight the node normally after a few times

- Browser:chrome 107.0.5304.107
- Framework: react
