I cant see anything wrong with your account.
You havent changed your password in weeks and you are committing ok and accessing ldap based vms ok.

I'm wondering if when  you visit id.apache.org that you go straight to the password reset page or similar.

Re-open if the problem re-occurs stating the date and time and exact uri in the address bar.
