Apache Rat <http://incubator.apache.org/rat/> is a great tool for checking license headers. 

I've run a quick check, and there are still a number of files that either need a license header, or need theirs tweaking

Hi,

I have checked several license headers again and they all seem to be corrected in meantime. Because of that the issue became obsolete. If you don't agree please reply otherwise I will close the issue.
